Information for First-Time Patients

Your first visit to ChiroHealth Alternative Wellness will last approximately one hour. Dr. Stephanie will get to know you and work to determine the exact cause of your health issue(s). Dr. Schwetz will perform a thorough examination, consisting of, but not limited to:

 

• Comprehensive Medical History

• Full Functional Examination

• Soft Tissue Evaluation

• Neurological Testing

• Nutritional Consultation

• Orthopedic Assessment

• Biomechanical Analysis

 

Once Dr. Stephanie has analyzed history and examination results, you will receive a detailed explanation of all findings and their importance, as well as how they will dictate your treatment protocol, as each case and presentation is different and treatment options are individually chosen. You’ll receive an explanation of what you can expect regarding your recovery, and short and long-term goals will be discussed, along with any other questions that you may have.

 

First time patients should make note to arrive 10 to 15 minutes early if you are not able to complete the paperwork ahead of time.
